After going to check out the progress on my house I came to the realization that I could park at least 15 smart cars comfortably in the driveway and garage and if I parked them really close together I could probably fit 20 in total.
But hey look at that! I now have a driveway and garage doors. also the interior is painted and the ceiling is sprayed and the flooring will be going in this week.

Good looking place! Put that big garage and driveway to use and fill them with cars!

Haha, I'd love to take my boss's Smart and do laps through your garage.

I have 3 cars now and once the Tesla model 3 comes out I plan on getting one of those.
I already have the high voltage plug for it.
and if I can get my finances in line maybe one day one of these

Pretty sure your garage is bigger than my house. Also pretty sure my house was cheaper than your driveway.

Kei car dealership. Start a dealership of 1999 and older kei cars, keep a first generation Wagon R in the 'showroom', and keep bringing newer models each year.
In a decade, you'd be able to sell 2009 Daihatsu Mira Cocoas. :D

This house was cheap for Alberta standards but expensive compared to where I come from. It was 340K don't know how much for the driveway as it was included in the price.

HOLY HELL!!! That's an even better idea than a smart dealership. "Luc's Kei Palace" it has a nice ring to it.

So, about 10x as much as mine for a much nicer house in an area that probably has jobs.
900 sq. ft. with a 1 car garage that's more or less an overgrown shed.

We do weird things where I work. My car is on the right, you can only see the headlight. The thing is that Im parked way far back and overhanging the curb. Two Smart ForTwos will fit comfortably in a single standard parking space. The ultimate party trick is watching the white one get out without moving the purple one.

Looks great. It also looks like you bought a garage with a house attached. :)

well the foot print of the garage is the same as the house. I bought it for the garage she can have the rest of the house.

But I actually like the R2 I even have a Tomica of it. Never mind it's actually an R1 but I'll post it anyway.

Yeah, that's pretty cool. I just mentioned that because of the similar names and the fact that the R2 isn't old enough to be legal to import, even under Canadian law.
Still got 4 years to go...well, technically 3 years and 3 months.

My first thought was "damn, you could have quite enough room for a nice motorcycle collection and still enough room to park a car" :-)

Neonbait acquired. Good guesswork! I'd estimate 20 could fit as well. 6-8 in the garage, if not more!
That looks like and clean...great start for a great workshop. :)
